Hey! Dropping a quick review, as you requested.

[General]
  1. The video should not contain any sound. It is unused in game, so we remove audio tracks from the video in order to save some space.
  2. Quality of the mp3 is low, can we look for something better?

  1. First of all, your hitsound cover anything and it is hard to catch the rhythm.
  2. Secondly, try to use distance snap. 00:05:905 (5,6) - feels like it's a part of the previous stream while it's definetely not. And same happens 00:12:821 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11) - here and so on.
Try to read basics and look at a few of the recently ranked maps, so you can get a more-detailed idea of how the editor works. This guide should help you out, also, check out the osu!wiki since it has quite a lot of useful information.

We all gotta start with something, so try to take your time and read more about editor. Feel free to aask any questions in #help/#modhelp or just contact me.

The song might need someone more experinced for a tiing check. I feel like offset is off and it should be somewhat differnet but due to the quality of mp3 it's hard to tell. @.@

00:44:050 (2) - missed a note there, feels like the flow follows the music alot more like this
00:46:965 (1,2,3) - you always use same spacing for these notes, except at this part, why?
00:53:295 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14) - this just doesnt seem right to me, maybe its just me i dont know?
also when creating streams i highly recommend using the "convert slider to stream" function to make smooth streams, afterwards you can adjust singel notes
00:16:482 (6) - like this note falls a little bit out of place
