Problem Details:
osu! now playing song titlebar on windows removed when failed to connected to bancho.
Reproduce by doing this:
1. disconnect internet (make sure you've check remember username and password on osu! before doing this)
2. open osu! and set to windowed mode too see it
3. bancho fail to connecting because no internet? congrats (but not this what i want)
4. play some maps
5. play and wait
6. wait and see, and boom, title suddenly missing from osu when osu failed to connect to bancho

P.S : just a question, is customization for welcome text (welcome_text.png) are disabled now? seems it won't work again on my client. (i think modifyable welcome text are amazing.)
