Problem Details:
I have really bad internet and when my ping is 1K+ my mouse gets mild lag. Also when I turn off and on my internet, when it's connecting, I get mouse lag
till it finally connects. Can reproduce 10/10 times. Has happened on multiple computers too. My fps is around 2500 so it's not a low fps or vsync causing the
problem either.
