Problem Details:

I am trying to play OSU but it won't register my headphones as a valid Audio Device

Video or screenshot showing the problem:

osu! version: 20140729.6 (latest)

Is your headset working for other audio?

Like not osu but like youtube and such.

If you answer yes at question above, you should also set that device as default device in sound options.

I agree! I'm using some really fancy headphones, and this is what my sound mixer shows me

If any of these posts fail to help you, can you tell use more about your headphones? That would be very helpful.
