Are you talking about the Ready in multiplayer? Can you provide more details and maybe a screenshot or video to help us out more? o:

Yes. I had the problem because my connection was unstable and somebody was trying to join the lobby.
Be sure that your connection is stable enough.

Make sure you have 'good internet'!
You can try exiting the lobby.
If there are 0 of 0 matches, it means your internet is bad/unstable

Make sure you both have the same map downloaded. If I have for example the map: "Asphyxia(TV Edit)"
Your friends needs to download the same map.
