reduce OD to 6 or 7, this is the easiest dif in your beatmap set XD

for a looong run, HD 8 for advance is okay, but OD 9 is a bit too much, make it 8

General and Overall view
i dont knw where should i start but there are lots of things u should be ware...
-when u mapped the beat, SOMETIMES u place 3 notes, then 1 notes, then 2 notes
and the same for the sub beat , sometimes u pace it 2 or 3 or even 1, this is confusing....
-the best choice is 1 note for sub beat, 2 for the beat
2 notes for beat and sub beat is okay if u use the correct hitsound,
2 notes for sub beat and 3 notes for beat is okay if its in higher difficulty... but pls dont suddenly reduce it and increase other sound note XD

XD there are also a time where u use "finish" hitsound , JUST for one note, normally loud sound is mapped with more than 1 note and the other normal or lower sound are mapped with less note than louder one...

and check it at osu editor, i also provide the custom hitsound tht suits the song better then try to make the notechart balance for each sound,
i mean the amount of the notes for the sound u mapped ^^ , of course u dont have to use the sound if u dont feel it suits it better

pls dont forget this , no matter your mapping style, its quite essential for osumania player to know when they are going to press chord notes ( a notes tht press together at the same time ) pls rebalance the notes amount ^^ then ill gladly mod it again...

I don't get why is there 10% volume at some points, it sounds pretty inconsistent when you do that as I was expecting some hitsounds when I press notes

You will need to recheck your hitsounding, they are somewhat inconsistent, some of them are just way too loud don't make them so that they overpower the music too much, I suggest to listen to it using headphones so as to make it clearer.
