The tourney will start April 7 2014 (2 days after registration phase is over and the map pools released)

How about the pldt problem cuz i cant dl any beatmaps D:
Does it mean the match will be defaulted if the player cant dl or resched

The player must ask for resched
and pldc(isp) is making its maintenance
suggesting to use bloodcat for downloading maps

Yes, I had the same idea. Because then everyone can get combo reset for one time. ;p
Otherwise we'll get some warm up rounds, so it's okay.
