Overall : Make the kiai time of[ Normal] as long as [Hard]

otherwise.its all fine to me.

[General]

大変な問題はありませんが、絵の通りNoteと重ねているTiming point(緑の棒)を少し移ればいいと思います。
なぜならTiming pointがnoteと重ねれば、えーと、だとえば早く押すとSoft soundが出て、遅く押すとNormal soundが出ます。
あ、水色のやじるし(arrow)は直さなくてもいいです。

IMO the spacing below in Hard are a bit disturb while playing:
01:58:65 (9,1) -
02:24:67 (3,1) -
02:34:97 (4,1) -
02:18:89 (7,1) -

others are good.

BTW, the combobreak hitsound make me orz

    You might consider adding a Easy difficulty, even a short one up to ～1:30:00 should be ok (Everyone should enjoy this SB :P )
