I Liked it, but i thin a few notes are out of rythm, is not the bpm, in normal mode. The intro was perfect and chorus too. Insane is so fun, i heard like less 10 notes strange but is almost perfect =D

Nice map, it's well designed I only have a few suggestions:

Normal
01:27:56 (2) – The beat of this slider seems a little off to me, try adding beats on the white ticks until 01:29:652.
02:22:56 (2) - ^

Insane was... very hard. But I couldn't find any faults with it.

01:50:38 (4) - Give some warning that the BPM doubled. Storyboard it in or kiai flash or SOMETHING. You use a speed up storyboard later on, so use it here too.

Aside from all that, the skin is nice and the background fits (sort of). No reason not to give this a star - but for the love of Zeus, fix that goddamn deathstream!

Please resize the background to 1024x768. Also, unless you want that black space below/above the background while playing, clip off part of the picture too.
After seeing [Insane], I REALLY suggest making a [Hard] ._.

[Normal]
01:27:13 (1) - I don't like how this pops up 2/3 of the way through the spinner. (@all spinners in the map) But there's not much you can do with easier diffs with a lower overall difficulty setting and not wanting the spinners to be ninjas. Maybe shorten it or delete (1) or something? orz
01:27:55 (2) - The repeat is on an awkward tick imo
01:36:30 (4) - Expected a clap here
02:22:55 (2) - awkward repeat again
02:31:30 (4) - clap here
02:54:21 (3) - Extend to the white tick? Either way is fine, but I like the white tick better
03:05:15 (1) - Push it back on the timeline (and shorten) so it doesn't pop up before one can hit the previous note

People dislike the difficulty of Insane? Yeah of course it was hard, but it was done well :< I liked it, personally.
