Hey, just passing by a mod here :)

[General]
The offset is -411 according to the ranked version of this map. It makes sense because the spinner at the end of your map currently doesn't end on a down beat. Your very first note should start 1/2 beat before the first down beat
I think you should lower the volume of all your samples by at least 30 to 40%. Right now they sound fairly loud to me
I also suggest you create combo colours that aren't the default colours, but that isn't important


[Easy]
Looks ok so far. Just don't forget to add claps/whistles here and there later on. But I'm not too sure about the [Easy] having the same slider velocity as the [Normal]. If possible, I would re-map with a lower SV... but you can wait to see what other people say about it

Alright, I don't play a lot of [Insane] maps, so to me, this doesn't look bad at all. I would just fix something like 00:50:222 (2,3) - because that was a bit confusing. Keep in mind that just because I find it not bad, it doesn't mean it's good to go either

Overall, it's a very good attempt given that you have no maps ranked yet. Also, I'm only doing the blanket slider mod for [Hard] because once you get the hang of it, you'll be able to spot out any more minor blanket errors here and there in your other difficulties. Good luck on your map!

Wojowu is a good friend of mine and beatmapping got brought up in a conversation and he said he made a gd before so i am here to help out not only his gd but the map it is on~

Easy
~ As Yoshi_green said in his mod he recommends remapping [Wojowu's Easy] with a slower sv ( slider velocity )

~ Give all sliders some touch up. I will provide a "before and after picture" with what i mean

~ 00:19:784 to 00:28:710 I suggest removing spinner and deleting 00:22:125 (1,2,3,4) - than copying 00:19:784 (1,2,3,4) - than pasting were the previous section was than hit "Crtl h" on your keyboard to do a horizontal flip so it will make a better symmetrical shape than afterwards move 00:21:686 (4) - and 00:24:027 (4) - to the center ( gripsnap on for that )
Here is what it should look like when done
Than from 00:24:467 to 00:28:710 do the same thing as above but with a new pattern

~ There are some sliders that repeat back and fourth for way to long and that makes for a dull/boring map i suggest changing this and just adding and repostioning the notes you already have to avoid this. ( Examples of the "bad sliders" 00:36:174 (4) - 00:32:076 (2) -

~ 00:47:003 to 00:55:784 : I suggest placing notes here, the break does not fit

Not bad, needs a few tweaks though

~ CHANGE THE OD TO 8, getting 99% is VERY easy with OD7

~ 00:09:540 (2,3,4) - these notes are straight while the rest of the sream is curved use distance snap on the streams to get steady spacing while adding the curve is recommended

~ consider reducing the spacing 00:18:540 (2,3) -

~ consider adding a curve 01:15:467 (9,1) -

~ i say you should redo this and try to get a better shape

  1. Well your hitsounds can be improved alot if you using some custom hitsounds for example you need a soft whistle and a custom clap cuz the default ones dont do the work pretty well also you will need a soft slider slide try if this ones fit for you:

  2. There should only be one .osb file in a folder (this folder has 3).
  3. Inconsistency in Tags them have to be the same in all the diffs
  4. Inconsistency in Kiai Times maybe try touse the same kiai in all the diffs for consistency

Insane:
  1. HP 7 fit better the note density also maybe reduce the od to 7 to keep the diff spread better imo.
  2. 00:00:613 (1) - remove whistle from slider body dont sound nice imo will be better if you remove it
  3. 00:00:613 (1) - about your hitsounds from here 00:00:613 (1) - to 00:08:808 remove all the claps and just use whistles the claps dont fit the music this part (this apply in all the diffs).
  4. 00:01:345 (3,1,3) - - can you avoid the overlap if you do your map will look alot more clean than now
  5. 00:03:540 the sound here not should be ignore since you map others symilar to this converting the previous 00:03:393 (2) - in a 1/2 slider will fit alot better the music.

  7. 00:05:296 (1,3) - this is not rankable since the repeat of 3 is totally covered by (1) body try to move them to a more noticeable place

  10. 00:08:808 to follow the music properly your stream should start in 00:08:808 will play better and willbe more intuitive

The diffplay really fun but you should work more and try to avoid alot of overlaps and improve some flow issues but overall this have potencial imo

  2. 00:01:052 (2,1) - try to avoid the overlap will be really confuse for a hard diff also don't look good imo

00:08:515 (3,4) - this pattern has a problem. there is a strong beat at 00:08:808 - , but it's a slider's end, which makes it feels weak. I suggest removing the repeat of 00:08:515 (3) - , then add some tricks to emphasize the guitar, for example:
00:09:905 (9,1) - the spacing is 0.75x, but the stream's spacing is 1.00x. I suggest making it consistent.
00:18:540 (2) - moving to x:272,y:332 ; 00:18:613 (3) - moving to x:294,y:292 should make the blanket look better.
00:22:125 (3) - it's a controversial pattern because some BAT may consider it as "manipulating slider speed". better make its track clear.
00:25:345 (4) - move to x:444,y:72 should look better, because current pattern looks too tight to me.

Hi! Sorry for huge delay.
Since you're beginner in mapping world, I'll only point out some important issue to let you know.

[General]
  1. Since you've added hitcircle.png into your beatmap file, you'll have to add sliderborder at the bottom of the [color] part in every .osu file. Something like Sliderborder: 255,255,255 might be rankable, anyways you can choose any RBG value to make your sliderborder more colorful.
  2. Source should be the full name of the anime I think, so replace current source as Danganronpa: Kibou no Gakuen to Zetsubou no Koukousei The Animation would be a great idea. (Even though short name is still acceptable, I'd like to suggest you to type the full name of it.) >>EXAMPLE<<
  3. You could add more tags! Such as the character's name (in romaji), the Japanese of the anime's name, ending due to it's the ending theme of the anime. That would be more searchable by adding these keywords!
  4. Perhaps you'll need to add AudioLeadIn on your map, since the first note will just be appeared in 0.6 secs after you start your playing. I thought that at least 2 secs (2000 ms) is the minimum length to be rankable, so add 1500ms to audioleadin might be a great idea.
[Insane]
  1. 00:01:345 (3,4) - / 00:02:515 (3) - / 00:03:686 (3,4) - I can't see any consistency between these objects, but the music there is totally the same among these three time point. Make sure the hitsound of these three pattern is the same, so the map itself here won't sound that messy.
  2. 00:04:857 (3) - The finish sound here is pretty useless in my opinion. Since the music isn't that loud around this object, finish sound might be too noisy to follow the music. Two whistles to place at the sliderhead and the slidertail of this slider would sound nice I think.
  3. 00:08:808 (4) - You should add a new combo here to separate the "streamy" music and the music before this object. Also, remove the new combo on 00:09:320 (1) -.
  4. 00:09:320 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - I don't like the flow of this stream, it could be better by fixing the shape of it. Something like the following picture would look nice imo cuz the shape is more curve.
  5. 00:12:320 (4) - / 00:17:003 (4) - Add new combos on these objects to follow your new combo rule.
  6. 00:25:052 (3,4,5) - This pattern might be a bit crowded in my eye. Perhaps move (4) upwards?
  7. 00:37:345 (6) - Move this note to x:352, y:32, so the distance between 00:37:052 (4,6) - and 00:36:906 (3,6) - will be the same afterwards.
  8. 00:47:149 - Why not add something here to fill the break? I think you can add a 4-note-stream to follow the music, but it depends on you. :p
  9. 00:50:661 - Same opinion as ^. Add a note here to continue the 1/2 rhythm?
That's it. I'd just mod insane difficulty. I think you should try to look at other people's map to learn how to place the objects wisely and nicely, because to be honest, your diff is still a mess. But the rhythm is kinda fine, and the hitsounds aren't a big problem. The next step you should do is to mod more and more maps and try to follow the placement of a "great map" that you think. That would help your map much.

  4. and.. yea. this diff has so many jump. (I can't assurance that. because of this diff's distance is overall too far.) some jumps are very good for Hard diff. but.. overused is terrible.

  1. how about reduce that streams' distance? like 00:08:807 - this part and 01:15:100 - here.
  2. 00:39:979 (2,3) - feel too awkward. i recommend use repeat slider as add repeat to 00:39:979 (2) - this note. and adjust placement too.

  2. 00:28:563 ~ hm... current state feel little mess. this is Normal diff. that circle pattern is difficult for Normal diff. how about try remap this part as use long sliders?
Let me skip Hard and Insane diff. that diffs have many problem that can't improve as moddings. well.. let me notice little thing.

[Hard]

  1. overall distance like 00:01:493 (3) - this, too far. this diff need more relax at silent part.
  2. 00:31:054 (1,2) - eh.... please this pattern only use on Insane. sometimes, some Hard diffs have exception. but, this is not.
  3. 00:33:981 ~ please remove some notes or use some long slider or both. should relax like previous part.
  4. and.. yea. this diff has so many jump. (I can't assurance that. because of this diff's distance is overall too far.) some jumps are very good for Hard diff. but.. overused is terrible.
[Insane]

  1. how about reduce that streams' distance? like 00:08:807 - this part and 01:15:100 - here.
  2. 00:39:979 (2,3) - feel too awkward. i recommend use repeat slider as add repeat to 00:39:979 (2) - this note. and adjust placement too.
  3. 01:05:295 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - this stream is feel to suddenly. because of you didn't used many stream at previous parts. how about reduce number of note? in example:
  4. 01:12:320 (7,8,9,1,2) - same as above
  5. 01:23:735 (1,2) - please split beat from current state. feel so awkward for now.

be honest... I can say Hard, Insane diffs are 'little' terrible. that placement and idea is good. but express is not good..
