Well, heres what i think. This looks to me more like a Visord( or however you spell it) skin. Just hollow masks that they wear, but no actual Hollows in sight. Not even a Menos Grande or Grand Fisher combo burst??

I understand this is only .3 but make sure you add stuff like menu buttons and symbols for mods as well. May i suuggest changing hit100k hit300g and hit300k and making a bit more difference then the regular hits because it's hard to see the difference between regular notes and the notes listed above.

It's not that important but menu buttons and symbols for mods is common in skins.
You are overusing the 3d edges effect in some sprites. Other than that good job.
