Don't you have a bigger BG like 1024x768 or 800x600? This is so small xD
You must enable Epilepsy Warning in all diffs because of those pulse and light effects in the SB
I noticed that the mapset was ENH and now it's NHI. There is a problem: you kept old difficulty settings for each diff. You need to change them with appropriate ones. Normal's are too low, same for Hard and Insane. Please, change it, they are exaggeratedly low.
Storyboard: 00:44:428 the pulse of kiai time should finish here. It's still going till 00:45:780 without a reason, it's ugly and bad. You need to fix this. Same for 01:49:330. The last one ends on 02:30:907, but it should still go till 02:33:949. Fix these SB issues.

00:16:034 (2) - You forgot custom clap on this slider's reverse arrow. It must be added for consistency. Just this, awesome diff as always.

Hard

00:05:217 (5) - I'd add new combo here to avoid this long combo. Moreover, there should be a whistle on 00:06:231 and tbh it looks so empty without it. You could add a whistle on this slider's reverse arrow to fix that. It sounds pretty cool and clear. You also applied it on 00:10:625 (5)'s reverse arrow and it'd be consistent with this other one.
00:14:006 - 00:15:358 - 00:16:710 and so on, there should be some claps here like Andrea did in his diff (and you did it in the Insane as well). If you don't like them, you could use Normal Sampleset that fills those sounds better IMO. Try to apply them and listen how much they improve this low and soft hitsounded part
00:16:034 (5) - I'd add new combo here

Insane

00:14:682 (3) - Considering the curves of the previous and following slider to this, This slider would flow much better if curved in this other way: http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/1582796

01:19:245 - I know you are following the vocal here but I think it'd be better to map the strong sound on that 01:19:245 white tick. You can reduce this slider by 1/4 adding a circle on 01:19:414 stacking it with the actual 01:19:583 (3) : http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/1582811
01:35:470 - It'd be nice if you made this pattern consistent with the previous 01:29:048 (1,2,3,4) one. Applying this, it would be consistent with that one and the 01:31:752 (1,2,3,4,5) would be consistent too with 01:37:160 (1,2,3,4) only :3
01:53:386 (1) - Too much random repeats. Remove one adding a circle on 01:54:400 stacking it with previous 01:52:710 (4)'s head
02:27:189 (3) - Same of before. There is a stronger sound than vocal that needs to be mapped on the white tick. Extend this slider by 1/4 pls and fix the spacing with next elements when fixed it

This is a cool map. It doesn't need to wait more in Pending Beatmaps. It has been here for more than 1 year.
