timing should be the same for all diffs (check the timing after you reencode the mp3 file
the name of the group is "Marina & the Diamonds", so you should fix that. also remove marina and the dimanods and lies from tags, since they are song's title and artist :)
the background size should be between 800x600 and 1024x768. also there are plenty of marina's pictures, I suggest using that instead of a anime's image.

Ok all fixed :) exept for the picture, the size is fixed but... do i really have to change it? i like it very much, if it's possible i would like to keep it...

also, you need hitsounds.. here is a simple guide to adding claps:

you got the rhythm right but the notes placement and slider's shapes are a little too messy ><
avoid using red ticks on easy diffs; if you still feel like you should use them, I'd rather put them in sliders

  2. You didn't set a preview point.
    A preview point is the start point of the song when you choose the map or click thumbnail in beatmap listing.
    You can set it at "Timing - Set current position as preview point"
    Personally I suggest the point 01:00:128 as preview point.
  3. Would you change the BG to the other related to the artist?
  4. Audio volume 100% is too loud in whole time of the song. I suggest 40% for non-kiai section, and 50% for kiai section.
  5. And I give a tip about hitsound. Wiinter gave you a hitsounding tip in Easy diff, unfortunately it doesn't fit music.
    When you listen to the music, you can hear something emphasized sounds on every third white tick.
    For examples, 00:16:579, 00:18:515, 00:20:450, 00:22:386...
    These points are good to use claps. Try to add them.
    Remember, this tip is available to only this song, not to the other song.
    Listen to the song carefully when you meet another song. There must be an answer in the song.

[Insane]
  1. AR 8 is much better for Insane diff.
00:49:241 - I feel empty at this time. You've had a note each verse similar to this. For examples, 00:47:305 (7), 00:51:176 (4), 00:55:047 (7), 00:56:982 (5)

i tried to get the point on the hitsounds... now should be ok :)
The only thing is that I didn't want to change is the BG but if I really have to I'll change it later... :/

:!: You have some unsnapped green lines, this may cause some volume changes/hitsounds set/kiai time be wrong, snap them.
I highly recommend working in long slider's shapes, specially the squarish ones, with the time you make something nice, like 01:26:265 (4) in Hard diff, even you can make more nice this, it's up to you.
Delete the .osb from the song folder.
Quit the countdown from all diffs, in my opinion looks better.

[Easy]
00:20:942 (1,2) - Fix spacing.
00:35:458 (1,2) - ^
:!: 00:51:184 (2) - Fix spacing here, these objects are too close, a newbie player will likely miss here.

reduce the OD and HP by 1. i feel that doing this would be easier for beginners to follow during gameplay IMO.
the SV feels too fast for beginners to keep up. reduce the slider speed so that it'd be easier for beginners to follow during gameplay

i'm skipping the insane diff because there's a lot of problems that i can't mod myself orz. i'm gonna have to give you some advice about mapping.
keep your combos consistent and know when to change them: it's highly suggested that you change them whenever the lyrics/melody in the vocals change.
keep your hitsounds consistent: i noticed in the other diff that there are several claps that are at the wrong places and other that are missing. in song like this, you have to listen carefully on which hitsounds go where. the easy way is that if you add clap at the 2nd and 4th downbeat, or at the 1st and 3rd downbeat.
Play other players' maps: if you do that, you'll get a sense of where to put notes and how to make the flow smoother. you'll also make new patterns which may make the map fun or boring. the placement and rhythm is up to you.
follow the DS in easier diffs. it's highly recommended if you do that because it'll give beginners an easier time to enjoy the diff.
if you still don't understand, the it's highly recommended if you follow this guide because it'll be eaiser to follow than my advice IMO. anyways GL :D

i'm skipping the insane diff because there's a lot of problems that i can't mod myself orz. i'm gonna have to give you some advice about mapping.
keep your combos consistent and know when to change them: it's highly suggested that you change them whenever the lyrics/melody in the vocals change.
keep your hitsounds consistent: i noticed in the other diff that there are several claps that are at the wrong places and other that are missing. in song like this, you have to listen carefully on which hitsounds go where. the easy way is that if you add clap at the 2nd and 4th downbeat, or at the 1st and 3rd downbeat.
Play other players' maps: if you do that, you'll get a sense of where to put notes and how to make the flow smoother. you'll also make new patterns which may make the map fun or boring. the placement and rhythm is up to you.
follow the DS in easier diffs. it's highly recommended if you do that because it'll give beginners an easier time to enjoy the diff.
if you still don't understand, the it's highly recommended if you follow this guide because it'll be eaiser to follow than my advice IMO. anyways GL :D

General - only modding insane. I don't think this is ready to be considered for ranking. I think this diff, and most likely the others, could use much more symmetry and more DS.

Use Tiny grid snapping when dealing with making perfect sliders and placing circles.

BUT you should use a higher DS. .6 is too low. .75 felt better. Your streams are good tho. Keep the DS you use for it. Just change DS for 1/2 and 1/1 stuff

Alright, you should have contacted me about the things you didn't understand though, if you are going to continue as a mapper you'll need to know about it anyhow. If you still feel like fixing them feel free to talk to me in game, i'm online most of the time.

And about the spacing, I really suggest you fix this issue because the insane diff just plays a bit awkward how it is right now.

(Also, the slider speed is just fine in the insane, it's the spacing that makes it a bit awkward)

unfortunately, i can't say your map is ready for bubble or further, so let me give your some general suggestions~

[Insane]
  1. First of all, 3.0SV is toooo high for this bpm, which cause your overall DS is lower than 1.0x. As a result, the flow of your map is terrible. in my opinion, approx 1.8 ~ 2.2 SV is enough.
  2. 00:15:876 (2,3,4) - this kinda placement is looked odd although it is playable. In general, we choose to reduce DS when place 1/4 beats, and use average DS for 1/2 beats.
  3. 00:20:715 - i don't like the blank because there's vocal here. Add a note here could make your beat more smooth. Please do not overuse blank in your beat or it would ruin your map.
  4. Then say something about NC. In general, there're three commom ways to place NC
    1. 1. Add NC at downbeat (long-white tick) by drum.
    2. 2. Add NC at each new vocal phrase
    3. 3. Add NC at some designed pattern for emphasizing/warning.
    a good use of NC could make your map neat and clear~
  5. 01:04:264 (1,2) - This slider shape is so...inflexible.. and ugly. use right triangle along axes carefully.
  6. 01:07:167 (6,7) - then it is about blanket: curved slider blanket note's edge is looked better like this:
  7. 01:10:070 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - stream shape: try your best to make it even and smooth. A simple way is check Distance Snap then uncheck Grid Snap, and place it one by one.

  2. poi mi chiedo perchè tu abbia usato lo stesso distance spacing in tutte le diff :/ se non sai come modificarlo: (salvi la mappa, apri .osu in notepad e nella voce distance spacing metti quella che piu si adatta, salvi le modifiche nel notepad, fai test mappa e si fixa da solo o esci dalla diff e rientri)

Allora la diff non è male ma credo che tu abbia esagerato con il distance spacing con cui hai rovinato tutto il flow della mappa la cosa che ti consiglierei di fare e di ridurlo e poi di spostare tutti gli elementi affinche abbiano uno spacing giusto dato che hai mappato il 99% della mappa a 1/1 credo che sia inutile avere il distace cosi grande
  3. Riguardo gli hitsound dovresti veramente seguire il consiglio che ti ha dato Wiinter all'inizio
    perche in tante parti si senta l'incosistenza del clap, i finish e i whistle vanno sulla 3 e sulla linea piu alta (''tra parestesi'')

    perche in tante parti si senta l'incosistenza del clap, i finish e i whistle vanno sulla 3 e sulla linea piu alta (''tra parestesi'')

  1. qui lo spacing si adatta ma il floww non è uno dei migliori la cosa che ti consiglierei di fare e di seguire una line cioè esempio:
    00:50:473 (6,7,8) - flowa male la cosa che potresti fare per migliorarlo è fare una cosa del genere
    poi proseguendo la pattern in questo modo:
    questo è solo un esempio di come miglioralo , con forme piu soffici e meno messe a random, le stesse cose valgono sia per la Hard che per l'Insane
credo che hai un sacco di cose da migliorare nel flow :X spero che questo suggerimento ti possa essere utile >_<


ook! thanks to all of you :) soo... i fixed quite everything... or i tryed to do this... In this period i had been a bit lazy, but now i'm ready to go on whit this map. anyway I still have not fixed the insane spacing, but i'm going to do this in a while... anyway, thanks!/grazie!
solo non ho ben capito in che modo dovrei mettere gli hitsounds... non mi pare tanto giusto come dici... forse capisco male io :/ ... proverò a sistemarli comunque u.u
