Change this part of code, or osu! will not load correctly the audio file~

[General]
AudioFilename: Irie Révoltés - Explosion.mp3
It should be
[General]
AudioFilename: Irie Revoltes - Explosion.mp3

On the timing side, I found this:
BPM 146 Offset: 1587

Good luck, and nice song o/
