Instead of having the loading screen (when is loading the map) as a circle roating around: we cna have this instead? (made by me):

Don't see that happening for the current client. New osu!lazer client's interface customization is unknown for now so nothing can be said for it either.

Just my opinion but it looks bad. Currently in lazer, we have the map's background as a banner, an osu! logo with visualization, song title, artist, and composer displayed while loading which looks neat enough. The current client has that circle and its enough for now.

Also skinning is usually just replacing a certain image from the default. I don't think movement and stuff would be possible.
