Changed username now I can't update my maps

Hey it's exactly as the title says.
My old username was Startrix, I made two maps under that alias and since changing my name I haven't been able to update them since "they are not my maps".
could a moderator please help me here?

Manually change your username inside the .osu files to your latest username. Make sure you do it while osu! is closed.
