Easy
The spinners before the kiai modes (at 00:49:639, 01:44:496, and 02:54:439) have strange timing. You have the end of the spinner engage the Kiai mode, which is counter intuitive: leading into a high energy section of the song with...nothing. What I would do instead is start the spinner 2 measures before the chorus (at that point there's kind of a 'moment before the drop', so to speak, anyhow, which is where spinners are appropriate), and end it four beats before the chorus. Then, when kiai mode starts, you can start it with a slider or circle instead. That should be plenty of recovery time, even for easy mode. For example, instead of starting the spinner at 00:49:639, start it at 00:48:096, end it at 00:49:467, and then have a slider at 00:50:839. Likewise, with 01:42:953 (1, 2, 3) (1), you can literally just move all that back by one measure, and you'll have a perfect lead-in with the next chorus. 02:54:439 is a similar story to 00:49:639.

I feel like I should have the same complaint as I have with Easy mode, but because there are only two beats of rest instead of four, I'm not too bothered. Although, I think a similar modulation at 02:54:267 -- where you bring back the spinner by a measure, cut it off two beats before the chorus, and start the chorus with some circles or something of the likes of that -- would be appropriate. It's the last explosive section of the song; spicing things up a bit at that section is totally fine in my eyes.

Hard
  1. 00:25:639 (1, 2, 3, 4) -- Naturally, once you get to Hard mode, distance consistencies don't really matter anymore. However, in some instances, blatant inconsistencies actually make the beatmap unnatural and choppy, and even though it's supposed to be "hard," it should also be fluid. In this case, the slider right before this combination ends with the exact same distance that each of these circles share, giving the player the false impression that the combination starts before it actually does. I'd recommend moving the (1) circle elsewhere. Perhaps to the lefthand side of the (2) instead of the righthand side.
  2. 01:18:610 (2) -- You're placing a slider with 16th note subdivisions on top of a melody with 8th note triplet subdivisions. If you want to more accurately reflect the rhythm of the song, Change the beat snap divisor to 1/3 and extend the length of the slider to accomodate for the smallest tick. Then make it so that it only reverses twice instead of three times.
  3. 01:20:667 (4) -- Similar deal here, but the number of reversals is fine this time.
  4. 01:31:124 (2) -- I would relocate it so that it's further from the slider before it. Similar comment as the beginning.
  5. 01:31:982 (1) -- Why don't you extend this slider one more time? It'll make the distances more consistent and follow the rhythm better.
  6. 01:33:353 (1) -- ^
  7. 01:48:096 (4) (1) -- The melody here is syncopated such that there's a pickup on the red tick before the next measure. Your beatmap doesn't follow this melody, but it LOOKS like it does. I would suggest either making the slider start at the red tick, or moving it so that the timing is more clear.
  8. 01:51:182 -- This slider comes right before a string of sliders that have clashing distance consistencies with this. I'd suggest starting the slider a bit further from the last pattern.
  9. 02:24:439 (2, 3, 4) -- I see how you're blanketing here, but it makes the distances brutally inconsistent. Again, this would normally not be that big a deal, but not when the inconsistencies are juxtaposed like this. You might want to move the (3) so that it's between (2) and (4). This will make the shape reflect the rhythm.

As is usually the case, I have a tough time commenting on anything beyond insane. To keep my comments from becoming worthless, I'll stop there.

Oh, by the way, the locations of Kiai mode are different from difficulty to difficulty. You may want to fix that.
