Problem Details: the mouse cursor occasionally just flies all over the screen for no apparent reason, and whenever I try to use my tablet, the cursor position keeps resetting to the corners of the screen, and the cursor flies everywhere again.

osu! version: 20170103.2 (latest)

Try enabling raw input or setting the sensitivity to 1.00x

Already tried both, and they both just made the problems worse
