With osu!next on it's way, we're currently in the process of moving to the new website (http://new.ppy.sh). The livestream page works flawless there. Looks like the livestream page is purposely broken here? Unsure. Ultimately, though, I am assuming this isn't much of an issue since it's fine on new.ppy.sh.
