[Archived] Can't update osu!

So I tried installing osu! on my grandpa's computer today because I thought it would be cool to play with a touchscreen. I am able to install it but it tries to update to the latest version and gets stuck at 85% an sometimes 86% then after five minutes or so it retries so I am stuck in some type of loop.

I am using the Toshiba Satellite C55t-B5109 with Windows 10.

Go to your osu! folder and then to the Logs folder. There should be an update.log file. Copy its contents and paste them here so we can have a look. (Preferably in a spoilerbox to prevent spam)

I just checked and I do not have osu! installed at all so I guess I am not able to install it.

Do you have .NET Framework installed?
