Problem Details:
When I launch my osu after I upgraded it into “stable(latest)”, I got this white screen. I can’t do anything like click on it or something because when my pointer goes to the osu window, it will disappear. But, the songs play when I open the osu like ‘welcome to osu’ or other beatmaps.

Hold shift while opening osu!. From there, enable Compatibility mode.
You'll also want to update your graphic card drivers. See this for more information.
