Problem Details:I tried so many different things, nothing seems to work. For some reason when I do irc.ppy.sh. in cmd it times out, but for every other thing there is no time outs what so ever. Like 3 scores from my computer have gone through. On other computers it's perfectly fine though, on the same internet and everything.
