Problem Details:
I have noticed some input lag on my Huion h420 is there a way to fix this.
Also I was wondering if there is a way to improve with tablet, I know i have only had it for two days but is there any things that i can/should do to improve

You could try to enable raw input

Update your driver and disable "Support TabletPC" in the settings.
Playing in fullscreen might help too.
