Problem Details:
Slider ticks not "taken" in editor if using mouse scroll wheel

Because you skip overthem when scrolling
The map is playing, then when you scroll, you might skip it, causing the sliderticks to stay active

yes,that is what i mean by "not taken" xD (i dont have the right word to describe it)
but some people (like me) may think this is a bug or something
