Everyone remembers the old osu! skin menu, to reload it was only exit and back again on the menu, but, after the update with the new visual, the only way to reload the skins is restarting osu!, and no one likes to restart osu! everytime, right? So, here's my idea from bringing the Reload Skins Button.
