[Archived] .NET Framework 3.5 not installing correctly

Problem Details:When i was downloading Osu, the .NET Framework would give me and error that said it couldnt let me move it to a different disk. I searched microsoft and it didn't have my problem. It gave me a 0x80070011

you should install the .NET framework on the device your windows is on.

I looked around some more and found out i already have the more updated verson of the .NET Framework but when i try to install, when i click skip installing .NET Framework 3.5, nothing happens.
