[resolved] Give Kudoso Error?

I received two Mods, only one was helpful.
Today review some comments of my map and I gave the kudoso says "Post is exempt of kudosu." and the other has two. Were you transferred or was any error?

my internet is probably the cause, I'm not sure

Does the "Reset kudos" button allow him to give kudosu?
