Problem Details:
When moving files on the wiki, the image doesn't move and the destination page gets a broken file.
I was asked by deadbeat to move a file but after the move, this was the result (currently, a broken file and if linked directly, browsers give a 404 error)
How to reproduce:
Move any file (only wiki mods and peppy can do this). Destination page gets a broken file.
It's to note that on the page that confirms that the file was moved, a small padding appears at the top of the page with a 1 at top left.
