Problem Details:
I have a graphire3 cte 630 and was gonna use it to play osu but when I get into osu, the cursor won't move at all and is it possible to set it to not left click if the pen is on the tablet?

If you want to play by Tablet + Keyboard, you can disable mouse clicks with F10 button. This will stop the left click caused by tablet (when you're playing a map. It will still clicks when it's on the menu / somewhere else)

as for cursor not moving, try to disable raw input and set the mouse sensitivity to 1.0x

ok I got it moving now but the disable mouse button didn't work. still left clicking when I press on pen.
