Problem Details:
I started a new skin,but the circle is missplaced.

NOTE:That affected on Sliders.

Video or screenshot showing the problem:

Did you make sure that the .png files for the osu sliders are correct? Since this is a custom skin you might have misplaced the files...
Also, is the movement of the sliders smooth? (This doesn't really have anything to do with the problem but it might help)
Does it randomly change? (In terms of slider size)

I think the dimension of the hitcircle must be 128 x 128.

Isn't it dependant on the total size of the screen (A consistent ratio?)
But yes, my .png files are 128x128 pixels
