I tried changing the offset and it sounds a little off to me but I'm not entirely sure because it's my first time mapping.

I don't recommend to use soft-normal hit sound. you can put hit-sounds by your own.

Overall, I have to pint out so many, but it is so hard for me, and tired. so now, I only say general issuus under Hard diff.
[Easy]
・Always use Distant Snap, you must follow this and keep constant spacing.
・Use constant rhythm, it is a easiest diff so for newbie, we must make this diff more carefully.
[Normal]
・Always use Distant Snap, you must follow this and keep constant spacing.
・Make plain slider, I found some slider looks weird like this. You can make slider with straightness.
・It's not recommended to use many stacks, set apart better.
[Hard]
・ CS4 AR7 better.
・Use Distant snap positively and keep constant spacing, it looks so radomly.
・There are many blanks like Insane, you can put notes batter, it is to keep consistence for beatmap.
・If you aim to put jumping, it means to ignore Distant Snap, consider movement flow more carefully.
・Do not abuse triplet notes and 1/4 kick slider in this diff, you can replace these notes to 1/2 slider or just circle.

I know it's your 1st mapping, so placement looks fine. But Rhythm and Hit sound are more improved. Now, I don't mod easier diff because if I point out many things, you may be confused. The way to improve your map is you can see many Ranked maps, which help your map more better.

Follow kajiyatta's offset for 2443. Seems acceptable. To confirm, you should consider going to #modreqs and ask for a timing request.
In Song Setup, go to Design tab, uncheck widescreen support and letterbox during breaks.

[Easy]
Just like what kajiyatta said, always use distance snap for Easy and Normal difficulties. This is because new players cannot read/play inconsistent spacing.
Try to reduce the hitsound volume a little bit more. They seem to be too loud for me, and soft-claps don't fit well with the music.
For Easy difficulties, map on only white ticks. The reason most of the notes are on red ticks is mostly due to incorrect offset. Use 1/1 measure to enforce the white tick rule for yourself.

try to not break the flow. there are a lot of instances where you have unmapped areas that could be mapped very nicely and wouldn't break the flow of the map. you should also space out your streams a little to match your sv. i suggest using 0.8x distance spacing for the streams
