Follow kajiyatta's offset for 2443. Seems acceptable. To confirm, you should consider going to #modreqs and ask for a timing request.
In Song Setup, go to Design tab, uncheck widescreen support and letterbox during breaks.
[Easy]
Just like what kajiyatta said, always use distance snap for Easy and Normal difficulties. This is because new players cannot read/play inconsistent spacing.
Try to reduce the hitsound volume a little bit more. They seem to be too loud for me, and soft-claps don't fit well with the music.
For Easy difficulties, map on only white ticks. The reason most of the notes are on red ticks is mostly due to incorrect offset. Use 1/1 measure to enforce the white tick rule for yourself.

For Normal, it is acceptable to map on red ticks, but don't map on blue ticks unless the music requires you to do so.
Avoid stacking a lot of notes. New players will have trouble reading it.

try to not break the flow. there are a lot of instances where you have unmapped areas that could be mapped very nicely and wouldn't break the flow of the map. you should also space out your streams a little to match your sv. i suggest using 0.8x distance spacing for the streams
00:20:889 (7) - its too far away, move this to form a square with 00:20:281 (4,5,6) and then move 00:21:092 (8) - to form a triangle pattern with 00:20:687 (6,7)
01:22:308 (8) - this slider sounds off.
