Why not integrate twitter on osu!~? Login to your twitter account in-game and have a tweet button in results screen that would tweet with your account in this format:
[<game mode>]<username> cleared <song artist> - <song title> [difficulty] with <points> (<mods>)! #osu http://osu.ppy.sh
Which would tweet something like this:
[osu!mania] JeMhUnTeR cleared Taylor Swift - Mine [Hard] with 8,180,241 points (4K)! #osu http://osu.ppy.sh
