Who plays maplestory~?

1st picture's job is a SoulMaster(This is a new job but 1st job's skill is same as warrior except "summon soul")

2st picture is my pirate character
I achieved 70 level on 2008 Jan. Pirate has updated on 2007 Dec(Korea)

Buuuuuuuuuuuut Osu makes me crazy so my level is only 75.

Do you think 75 level is low? or high? I think my level is low.

Level 75 is pretty high, i can never get that far, the highest lvl character that i got is a lvl 54 bandit

I used to play Maple. I got level 127 on my STRBandit. I stopped playing because the company running the "Global" version of the game started to suck so much. Everyone started "glitching" and "leeching" their way up in rankings. And for a free game, to get any satisfaction from it, people had to pay.

And I still log in sometimes, the community is still corrupt, and the company just gets worse and worse. RIP - MapleStory. You used to be good. :cry:

I used to play Maplestory, before I got bored and stuff. And pissed at the 2 gb download which took me an all-nighter.

Also my controller broke because of this game. Yes, I do use my controller.

How the hell do you use a controller in MS?! there's over 20 keys that are used in the game.

I'm just that practical using a controller. Of course I use a keyboard to type. I have different sets of settings for the computer.

I play ms sometimes mostly GMS

Got a level 86 Ranger, level 59 Cleric and sometimes I play on my friends Bowmaster and Dragon Knight.

Also planning on playing more of MS SEA again when KOC comes out, gonna be a Windbreaker :3

I played Private and Global.

Global sucks so much but Private servers get boring just because of the amount of people playing...

I only payed for NX once. It was ok I guess.


My best character is a Lvl 28 Rouge on bera (as you can see I sucked at maple but played it anyway)

Playin since 2006 man. It was alot better back then when there wasnt a crapload of botters and spammers...

I play MS but I'm totally new to it. I just became a theif today.. but srsly. I don't think I could lvl up to like 50 or something, it gets kinda boring to me after awhile. Only when my friends are online will I play, only because it's more fun for me ^-^ but I'm enjoying MS! though.. Osu! has stolen my soul for the moment Dx

osu! is much better, IMO
I gave up to raise this character :p

*This skill can take 500% * 2(skill level 1) damage to multiple enemies.
But I have to gain 100 combo to use this skill lol

Maplestory confuses me. I can't understand how a game that is that pointless is so successful.

I mean, most games make you level to get to the content but in this one the content is the leveling.

There was a crapload of botters spammers and hackers back when i played CB in like 2002 :/

I remember all lightning mages vaccing ant tunnel 1 and asking people to change channels when another vac came along ^___^

2002? o_o; I don't think MS was evenout then. If anything, the Korean version might've been, but GMS wasn't until like 2005. But yeah, I remember the "good 'ol days" when there were hackers everywhere. I got killed dozens of times because vaccers would pull all the monsters to me and I lagged badly. Even in like 2008, there's still a bunch of hackers, but GMs do nothing about it and are lazy shits. The community/economy/everything went to shit and I wouldn't go back to the game unless someone paid me :3

I played maple for like 3 years... I got a lot of characters pretty high, but like most other people, I realized that it sucked.

I played Maplestory for a pretty good long time (and I still log on sometimes.), and I have to say that the game is all right, but the community is absolutely horrible ;~;.

I stopped playing after becoming active on osu! (around December.)

i talked to my friends about maplestory. . it seems more like a solo game rather than a mmo, you barely get any exp from mobs lol and the PQ's are okay i guess but not really -_- u have to repeat them so many times
