I've noticed something of an oversight in this subforum regarding the YELLING THREAD. Namely, there is no other venting/catharsis thread to help our beleaguered users calm down. Sure yelling a ton helps for some, but there are most certainly other methods of doing the same thing! Beating up pillows, writing about your problem, meditating, having a conversation that doesn't involve the problem, walking it off, listening to calm music, these are all the kinds of things I'm thinking about. If you're looking for someone to talk to, get some advice on how different people calm down, or just talk about what you did to calm down, this is the place (no matter how petty the problem is)!
I should note that if you're annoyed at another user on this subforum and you plan to complain here, please avoid locking horns with the person you are at a disagreement with. This is supposed to be a peaceful environment, and moving your argument here is not welcome.
