More precise speed setting in Mania (+Edit)

It is so hard to make an accurate speed setting on high bpm.
In such a case, the game is available in a more comfortable condition if possible adjust to 0.1 to the unit.

So I have pretty cool Idea!

How about set 0.1 unit if possible be adjusted with 'F1 or F2' , 'Ctrl + Alt + -Or='
It would be very useful in over 240bpm.

I think this is perfect suggestion for mania.

I don't even play mania very much cuz i'm terrible, but this seems like it will have helpful purposes for those who are better at the mode. I'd support it.
