Besides, the vibrations for this note itself is really short as well to put any significant enough LN

BN doesnt check ur map only based on high star
I prefer to ask to you to ask many modder as u can
When modder feel they hard to find mistake and think its good, thats the tike you can search a BN

My2cents: I propose adding a few notes, and moving few things around to improve consistency. There exists sounds that are exactly the same but you are using different amount of colums to represent them.   1. 00:04:281 (4281|3,4385|1,4488|0) - Move to 1,0,3 such that col 1 has 1/2 break between notes. I prefer having 3/4 gap between instead of 1/2 gap since the strain on the right hand will be a bit too great to be comfortable due to 00:04:075 - section being a double.
    00:05:937 (5937|0,6040|2,6143|3) - Move to 2,3,0 Same reason as above.
  2. 00:07:799 (7799|1,8006|3) - Move to 3,2 to form stairs with 00:08:212 (8212|1,8212|0) ok
  3. 00:09:661 (9661|2,9661|0,9868|1,9868|3,10075|0,10075|3,10281|3,10281|1) - How about 02,13,01,23? For some random reason I cannot really explain but through series of testplaying I'm really fond of this 00:09:868 (9868|3,10075|3,10281|3) - 1/2 jack, so I'll see what others think about this.
  4. 00:13:178 (13178|2,13385|1) - Shift both to 1 column to the right? There is a significant difference in volume+pitch at 00:13:178 (13178|2,13178|0) - compared to 00:12:971 (12971|0,12971|1) - for it to be exactly the same.
    00:42:350 - Missing Note. Add on 3 and move 00:42:454 (42454|3) to 2 I understand what you are pointing out here, I mapped only to the himouto umaru chan's melody part in these since they stood out quite significantly enough for me to feel that it would be ok to ignore gakkougurashi melody line riffs. I'll ask more opinions about this (and this is the first time its actually mentioned)
    00:45:661 - Missing Note. Add on 2.
    00:45:868 - Missing Note. Add 1.
  5. 00:51:683 - Remove one note here. Possibly remove 1. removed 0 instead

  9. 01:18:456 - Missing note, add on 2. And then I just realized there is 1/4 sound here as well lol, the strong strum around it kinda covered it up. So I think it would feel unnatural if I placed a note on something that is obscured by other strong sounds :<

Or, you can add a note at 01:38:836 but take care of the 01:38:629 (98629|3) note. There is a pitch spike here compared to that part you mention and this is the last part of the song, so I think it is fair to say that it can have an extra note for emphasis.
Note: NM and EZ diff play fine and I have not spotted any issues in terms of note placement.

  3. 00:27:868 (27868|2) - maybe to |3|?
  4. 00:31:385 (31385|1) - to column |0|. Maybe even 00:30:971 (30971|2) - to |3|.
  5. 00:34:695 (34695|2,35109|0) - maybe have double notes for these two because there's some really nice emphasis there.
  6. 01:05:318 (65318|3) - Make this an LN to 01:05:732 - as the sound rings out.

  7. This whole end section (01:05:732 - and onwards) has some pretty inconsistent use of doubles. Just make sure you know exactly what you're mapping those doubles to, or else you'll encounter problem if this map gets to the BN/Bubbling stage.
