1. i only will pick AT MOST 1 map per week to go through qualified
   which means i could probably only able to qualify 4 maps in 1 month (or even lesser!).. for the sake of more detailed mods i will provide & reducing the amount of speedranks
2. i only pick at most 1 map per 2 weeks to get bubbled
   means i only bubble 2 maps (or maybe a single map) per month! because there's so much 'yolo' bubbled maps around that should be checked through..
3. i prefer mod-n-running maps than taking request
   by default, i prefer pick the map that 'mostly' ready for qualified state! no matter who you are, if you're lucky enough, i will appears from nowhere and offers you help to make sure your map deserved in Ranked section..
   that also means i will not accept any kind of random request through PM, i only open request through this thread when i said i open it..
   ps : learn to map better if you want BN notices you even without requesting.. i will always watching you guys =u=
