Overall, spacing is way too much and inconsistent, and it seems to me that the map has no structure to it to be honest. I strongly recommend that you fix the spacing problem.

뉴콤보가 이 난이도에서 엉망인데 00:54:768 (8) 특히 이런곳을 보면 NC를 넣어줄 수 있음에도 불구하고 안넣은곳도 보이고 노래와 맞지 않는 부분도 많음. 일일이 지적하기엔 많아서 새로 다시 노래와 맞춰서 싹 정리해주는걸 추천함.

Add Engaged to the Unidentified and 未確認で進行形 to the tags That's an english and japanese versions of the anime's title. They might help fans to find OST from their anime faster.
A TV Size map without a video? That's a rare thing, so, try to get one if it is possible!
It is better to use 1024x768 or 1366x768 background. You don't have to do it, but it would be great. So, yeah, try to find a better BG or to resize this one!
You should keep kiais consistent through your diff, it's a rule. Therefore, use the same kiai times for your Easy and Insane at least.
Disable the widescreen support. There's no point in keeping it enabled. (It is for widescreen SBs only).
If you keep this BG, fade your combo colours, the current ones are too bright. A lot of players dim backgrounds, and playing with these colours on black BG is a pain for eyes!
Please, fix nichiyouk in the tags, I think it is supposed to be nichiyouki
Your Easy diff is 3,26 stars which is too hard for the easiest diff. Try to simplify it or make a beginner diff.
Note: I would try to simplify the Easy, bacause it is much easier and it is quite possible to do it without hurting your patterns.

00:35:003 (1,2,3) - it doesn't flow as a blanket and gives a hard-to-understand transition between (2) and (3). So, I want you to move (2) down in order to create a smoother flow! See if you like it!
00:42:062 (3) - this slider sounds a bit off vocals. Try to remove the repeat and map vocals closely, and here's what I've got. example.
00:59:003 (3) - nazi - you could make a blanket here. Here, try it!
01:00:062 - do not ignore vocals, please, place a cicle here to keep your rhythm more consistent!
01:24:415 (4,5) - please, replace them with a 3/2 slider which will sound much better here. The sound is similar to 01:18:768 (4) - so it is a good idea to use the same slider here!

Try to simplify the diff, clean it up and work a bit more on your rhythm. It needs some more work!

00:33:591 (3) - the sound goes ~~loco~~ tricky here, threfore I recommend you o emphasize it. Just try it!

Seems like you could go with higher HP Drain. Some more challenge would be cool + it'll make the spread a bit more balanced!
00:41:709 (3) - have you missed a new combo here? I would place one just to emphasize the vocals and because 00:41:709 (3) - starting here the sound is totally different from the previous part.

Brillian diff. Amazing flow, sweet hitsounds. Like everything about this diff!

[Insane]

00:18:856 (4) - sounds overmapped, doesn't it? I would try to avoid overmapping. Even though this diff is the hardest, overmapping will confuse players and conflict with the rhythm of the song
00:20:179 (4) - wat a sweet voice, try to emphasize that vocal with a new combo! It may help players to understand your rhythm better!
00:34:297 (5,6) - do you really want to use 1/4 jjumps in this diff? To me it is confusing and really hard to read, but since you're more experienced playe I leave it up to you.
Note: apart from overmapping the diff is fine, so try to focus on fixing patterns like 01:02:179 (1) - this one!
01:25:826 (1) - since this part was mapped in Normal and Hard, I think you should map it too. Perhaps, you will be able to make some awesome patterns here which will impress players, go for it!

The diff is not bad, but, personally, I think it needs some polishing. I also didn't really like your flow because it feels forced sometimes, but maybe it's just me. So, try to get more opinions on this diff, please!

Your diffs need some more modding, imo. Guest diffs are very neat and well-done. Not a bad mapset, but it can and should be improved!

Here is a mod as you requested.

[Insane]

00:08:003 (2) - Maybe it's better at (256,352) for the pattern/shape.
00:32:709 (1,2) - I suggest NC on the 2 instead to follow vocals and so that there are three combos of 4 in this section.
00:33:591 (1,2,3,4) - Since the music becomes really soft here, I think it could be nicer if you used lower spacing for this combo than the previous ones. Also maybe remove the whistle from the 1. I think that would fit the music more closely.
00:37:120 (8,9,10) - I think three whistles in a row is too loud here. Maybe you can remove one from the blue tick or reduce the volume for the triplet.
00:39:944 (4,5,6) - I felt you could make a better looking pattern if you made use of blakents. For Example:

00:42:591 (5,6) - Maybe a 1/2 slider can fit nicely here with the music. The current rhythm seems kind of odd to me. Maybe you can try something like this:

Note: For Neipezi's video, now video offset is 0, which it doesn't balance with this song. So please fix video offset is about 590 all diffs (except in taiko diffs, which don't use video), to cause this video balance with this song. So Senbonzakura, please fix it in notepat of each diffs, too.

Very jumpy approach to this song. Not bad.
General hitsounds for most triplets/streams are very quiet and some are almost inaudible. There are only two parts that feels like a good combination of hitsounds and triplets/streams: 01:12:591 (3,4,5,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,1,2,3,4,5) - and the last triplets of the map. If you can't use any hitsounds on a triplet/stream chances are very high that it is overmapped. Almost all triplets/streams in this map are well placed and help to make the map more dynamic BUT you should really make them audible by using appropriate hitsounds like you did for the two examples I mentioned.
00:17:356 (2,3) - slightly overmapped 1/4 repeat sliders. You could use them as additions but they would need audible hitsounds like S:C2 clap.
01:01:473 (4) - missed clap on slider head and end.
