Righty, I have neither of these keyboards but I'll give my input based on the specs. Also it's a good thing that you're not deciding on a corsair, idk about other games; but for osu!, Corsair is terrible, I had two keyboards one the K70 Red switches and one the Corsair Strafe Silent switches? or something like that, both got key chatter in under a year of playing. Anyways with that being said, I'll get on to what I think.

Firstly addressing the Anne pro 2: is this the Bluetooth keyboard? if so then it's a case of how much delay it has; I'm aware that ProjectAce uses or used this keyboard in the past and it seems like a pretty solid one, and it also looks nice and sleek; You may also have more customizable options on this keyboard. For general usage, I'd get this keyboard but be wary about the Bluetooth and wireless stuff, as the last thing you want is big input delay or the battery to die while you're in the middle of getting a new top play. As for the Gateron Red switches, I've never personally used them so you might have to wait for someone else to comment on that

As for the CM Storm QuickFire TX, I'd say this is the more reliable option, I know a lot of top players from back in 2013 and stuff used to use it (I think Shige, Beasttroll and maybe WWW did also Vaxei as well) the fact that the keyboard is also wired means you should barely have any delay and it's probably more reliable in the long term as it exterminates the issue of having to recharge the battery etc. As for Cherry MX Red switches, I'd say these are very reliable and fun to use as of their clickiness, usually in osu brown / reds are the best to go for long term.

Honestly, it all comes down to what you would use the keyboard for, The Anne Pro 2 is a good solid keyboard and is very useful if you hate wires getting in the way and still like a nice sweet looking keyboard, while the CM Storm QuickFire TK is the more reliable option and may last you longer if you decide to play osu with it; but probably doesn't have as many customisation options to go for. I think if you really want to go for a sleek and nice setup, you could buy the Anne Pro 2 on sale or now if you have the money, and get one of those osu!keypads which contains switchable keys, and because the keyboard is Bluetooth; you'll be able to switch between the keyboard and keypad even without much desk space.

Note! for this one you'll need a USB Type C cable (the one that goes in phones like Samsung Galaxy S8 and past that)

I usually consider 2 things when choosing a keyboard:

1. The Switches
This one is pretty obvious. I personally have never played on Gateron Red but did type on it for few days.
They share almost similar actuation force iirc, around 40g-45g. But the most people like Gateron better than the Cherry MX one (and I am agree with this) because Gateron feels smoother.

2. Size
This may or may not be relevant to gameplay, but for a lot of people (me as well) size is a important matter.

Anne Pro 2 is 60% procent keyboard. It is a lot smaller than your usual keyboard. You will be missing some dedicated keys, like functions keys and arrow keys. Usually you can acces them with the FN key. Because of the size and the bluetooth, this keyboard is perfect to carry around with you in your backpack.

The CM has a pretty unique layout. In nutshell, it is a TKL keyboard. You can choose between the nav cluster or the numpad. The size a bit bigger than your usual TKL keyboard and it is only available for wired connection, if that is important to you.

Just watch some reviews about those keyboards on youtube and choose whichever you like the best. And just like KUR0 said, keypad is an amazing option if you are looking for a keyboard replacement. Its hot swappable and compatible with most of switches so you can try them out.
