I believe you're thinking of Tillerino, which is a bot on osu! that allows you to see data for beatmaps and scores, such as how much PP you can earn from them. Search for Tillerino on osu! and you can use /np to see data for the currently selected beatmap, or you can use !r to get beatmap recommendations.
