Is there a way to remove my profile picture, and if not, can the support team delete my profile picture for me?

There is no way to completely delete your own avatar. However, you can just change it to the default image if you want: https://osu.ppy.sh/images/layout/avatar-guest.png
I know this is necroposting and everyone hates that but just in case someone comes across this via a search engine (like me) what death said is not true if you email accounts@ppy.sh they will remove it for you
