Idk where is need to post this, so i post this here.
So, as the title says, what is the minimum specs for osu! stable and osu! lazer?

My laptop is, HP-bw010au, the specs is:
-AMD Dual-Core A6-9220 APU (2.5 GHz base frequency, 2,9 in burst)
-4 GB DDR4-1866 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB)
-AMD Radeon R4 Graphics
-Windows 10 Single Language Version 1607 x64

(maybe this will be my only laptop until I can get a job. Well, i'm still in school.)

Is this enough? Because when i playing std or mania, sometimes i get some random stutter, and sometimes the framerate is drop below 50, (60 to 120 is fine for me, since i'm casual player, not that serious) (i play in stable release). Especially when i set my processor to "Low Power Mode" in Control Panel (Control Panel>Hardware and Sound>Power Options).

And, about the lazer. Just download it, install it. At first it run smoothly, importing my beatmaps and skin from stable. But, after i play it few times, same maps to test it, it crash. And, then, i try it again with task manager open, it consume 1 gb of my ram. I know lazer is still in development, but si there any workaround for this? If not, well... i better wait until lazer is officially released.

For the moderator, feel free to move my post if i post this in inapproriate place. And, sorry for my s**ty english. It's not my first language.

So, that's it. And, thank you!

About osu!stable, i can't find any source about minimum specs. But i remember running it with pentium 4, 768 MB RAM, Nvidia 2 mx 400 (from year 2000) and get around 30 fps in 800x600. I think the minimum is having at least 512MB RAM and openGL 1.2 capable graphics. So your laptop is already exceed those min specs.

For what I know about your specs, it capable to go above 60fps on all details set to off. If you get stuttering, you can try close all program except osu! and run it with "balance mode" power plan. If your framerates drops after playing some maps, it might be overheating.

I think what you mean is minimum specs to get above 60 fps for both stable and lazer ?
for that I'm sorry, i don't know.

For reference, the absolute minimum requirement for running the current stable build is that your GPU supports OpenGL 2.0. That OpenGL 1.2 information is not correct currently.

.NET Framework 4+ is also required to my knowledge.

These specs honestly they seem like they could get above 60fps, even if it's not a whole lot more.

Obviously setting your power settings to lower power mode is going to decrease performance... I'm not sure why you would do that.

You shouldn't really need to guess about overheating either, there are programs that allow you to monitor your computer's internal components temperatures. Balanced power mode can also be suboptimal, so if you aren't getting super hot you might not even want to use that.
