open up xpadder and click untitled profile click all and then click mass effect 3 x3
yes it does work i just tried it if you have windows 7 right click xpadder, properties compatibility and check run for xp or vista

then use ur R2 button on ur controller to click and right analog to move the cursor

its impossible to controll

Now all that's left is making gameplay videos of clearing insane maps using this method and you're good to go.

Sounds a bit difficult... I can't even play Dance Dance Revolution properly on an Xbox controller, my thumbs are swollen after 15 minutes.

Dowload Xpadder! That program can emulate the keyboard and the mouse in a controller :3
