I'm left handed but use the pen with my right (you try playing osu with a tablet left handed, it doesn't work even if you write with it) so the way it's held is slightly different. Also I believe this is the reason why I almost always land 50's on spinners. Can't make fuking circles...
Anyways too lazy to upload pic. Basically pen pinched between thumb and pointer finger with middle finger pushed against side of pen.

Im not gonna post pics, But There is generally 3 Types to Grip you mouse Depending on your mouse, hand size, and how much control you want.
PALM GRIP
Palm grip is the most common grip, and basically you have your whole hand on the mouse, including your palm.
This Grip would give you the least control, and you want generally a mouse with a higher hump in the back. Like an Zowie EC
Claw Grip
Claw Grip is where you would have your palm not touching the mouse, but the sides of your palm would touch each side of the mouse(but not the middle)
Your Fingers Would be in a claw formation.This is generally a good grip and requires a low Hump on your mouse.
AND FINALLY
Finger tip Grip
This is where your fingerstips are only touching the mouse, and your palm is not touching whatsoever. This is ideally for a game like csgo, but for osu i think its to hard to execute due to the amount of handling you have on your mouse.
