This is my first skin ever!
I used Azers skin as a reference which may cause some similarities.
Looks and plays decent as a first skin.
Some adjustment can be made by working with the opacity and some proportions in your songselection screen for example.
In general just keep it simple and dont overskin stuff try to create aesthetic feelings without using so many elements. I hope you can figure it out yourself. If you need more help just get more skins as templates ^^.

ok i fixed the hitbursts and the rpm but i can't even find the skin you were mentioning and the cursor could be anything
SSBNRHCWNv3 is a shortcut I like to use for SameSkinButNoRingHitCirclesWeirdNamev3
