soy nueva en este juego y aun no se como usarlo muy bien, me ha aparecido en el juego que tengo que actualizarlo pero no estoy muy segura de como hacerlo, si alguien pudiera ayudarme le seria muy agradecida.

There are 2 solutions:
go to options and find "updates" section, switch to cutting edge to force the download of newer version, then go to main screen where the big osu! logo is and click message that should look like this, that will reload your osu, you can try setting it back to stable and see if the problem is gone after that
delete your osu!.exe in your osu folder and download it again from the website
