Wondering what people's tap style (is that right terminology?) is what people think the best is. I am a single-tapper and I've gotten to the point where turning my index finger into a jackhammer isn't going to work by itself anymore . So, what are some good tapping patterns that people use and when should I incorporate my middle finger into gameplay. BTW, could I please have help for single-tapping as that is the playstyle I'd like to go on with. Thanks in advance guys!

The standard method is to incorporate the middle finger for triples, bursts and streams. Basically anything which is too fast to be tapped with one finger. It's fairly straightforward. On those notes you just alternate between the fingers.
even if there is a "tap style that people think is the best" that doesn't mean that it is the best for every single person out there , the best play style (for every aspect of the game for that matter) is the one you feel the most comfortable with , so yeah just be natural and play the way it feels instinctive to you and you should be k , gl hf.
Use autoplay mod and check when the mod use the second finger.
