Problem Details:

My tablet was moving to the top left of the screen, so I turned off raw input. That fixed the problem, but now my sensitivity is too low for me to play properly. I was wondering how I could change the tablet's sensitivity without having to turn on raw input. I have windows 10, if that helps.

An increased sensitivity can be replicated by decreasing the active area of your tablet.

There is also a pinned thread on this forum that mentions the other possible workaround: https://osu.ppy.sh/community/forums/topics/590367

If you have all the correct drivers, go to your desktop
Next to the date and volume in your bottom right corner click the triangle up arrow
Click the graphics tablet icon
Accept the thing that pops up
Click 'Advanced Setting'
Change the size of the area of you tablet and it will be 'more sensitive'
