Hello, first of all i saw an another topic like that but i didn't get my answer. People was telling ranks aren't about skill etc.

But i just want level faster , is there any way for it ?

Ranks are a lot more representative of skill than level tbh since level only tells you've played a lot.

But if you just want to level up quickly, then just play easy marathon maps that has thousands of combos (and obviously you'd need to be good enough to combo them too, else there's no point) since level only scales with total ranked score.

Play maps that will increase your total score faster (longer maps I suppose)

Long maps that give high combo gives a lot of score and xp. They're called marathons

To add to this, these special type of maps called "marathons" are any maps that are 5 minutes or more. In addition to having special treatment in the ranking scene, such as being able to be bundled as a single difficulty and be able (was) to get sent for the approved catagory, they are have a historical prevalency of being the go to farm maps back in the scoreV1 era of osu! over a decade ago.
