Problem Details:
(Sorry if my English is bad)

I'm using a Lenovo laptop, corei3, ram 4gb
No matter what i do, my latency is always around 17ms and it very uncomfortable
But when i'm not using my laptop battery(when charging), the latency change back to 2,3 ms
And then if the lap not charging, the latency is 17ms again
Pls help me fix this problem, i can't play osu! with such a high latency

It could be a problem with the laptop battery. Did you notice anything that is out of the ordinary when using it this week? ( For example: A red cross at the battery symbol at the bottom right corner, or lagging when the laptop is unplugged?)

Go to battery icon on task bar, click more power settings. On selected plan click change plan settings. Now click change advanced power settings and Expand Graphic settings and on battery power change to maximum performance. Hope this helped!

Answer is quite simple - if laptop is not charging it goes to "Save power mode", where it doesn't use full CPU neither GPU, and from there comes latency. Setting power plan to "Maximum Performance" should do the work.

I'm glad this was able to help you, but please avoid bumping old, resolved threads in the future. Most laptops have power saving settings like these enabled by default.
